After completing an International Studies degree that was going to take me overseas, I landed my first career job in a USA based organization with an international reach.
Now, after a career in positions with progressing responsibility, I'm breaking the mold, once again, to serve a wider audience through coaching & consulting.
Past positions were full of all the challenges that motivated me as a leader: stabilizing operations, expanding capacity, initiating programs, formulating strategy, and impacting leaders to reach a higher potential.
Today, I have that same drive to help leaders of mission-driven teams lead with clarity, unity, and purpose.
